Location: Wellard
Scope: Single storey classroom blocks, including admin areas, general learning areas and an undercover play area. Project utilised lightweight steel framing to speed up the delivery time.
Project was complete well ahead of schedule, even in spite of Covid related issues.
Castle Projects were involved early on in the design phase of this project under a ECI style contract. Castle Projects worked with the project managers, architects and client to bring the design to a stage where the final design and cost to build were inside the client’s expectations. Castle Projects then delivered according to that vision.
