Extensive façade upgrades and extensions, new carparks and landscaping transformed the old and tired Ocean Reef Shopping Centre that had been vacant for some years. The renovation of the main mall, toilets and anchor tenancies ensured the external transformation continued on to the internal as well. The castle projects team was able to deliver the project despite the challenges of the COVID 19 pandemic that hit during construction and resulted in the implementation of new safety procedures, delays in supply of some materials and also communication challenges with the client based in Singapore who was now unable to enter the country.
