Location: Catalina Drive Lakelands

Scope: 2 storey STEAM building, consisting of a structural steel and brickwork building, with a generous internal space, featuring acoustic timber paneled feature ceilings, full height glazing to give a feeling of space and inclusion to the rest of the College’s facilities. Internal elements include lift, dance studio, Design and Tech workshop, arts studio and computer labs.
