This project was the construction of a new 2 storey office building as well as the extensive demolition and renovation of existing building, new carpark and landscaping. The 2 Story building contains offices, reception area, meeting rooms and a lift. Renovated single storey building contains teaching areas, manual arts areas and offices. The building is the new head office for the Alta-1 organisation. Alta-1 makes a difference in disengaged young people and their families and describe their mission on their website: “Through our services of alternative education, recovery programs, opportunities for enterprise and community transformation initiatives, our goal is that young people can receive the support and training they need to survive, and reach their full potential.
